I loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in front of the metro station and just a quick drive to the airport. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, from reception to housekeeping and breakfast serving staff. They even helped me call a taxi whenever I needed one. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and hairdryer included. Plus, the beds were really comfortable!

Conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. the breakfast offered a good variety of options, including cooked eggs, sausage, and bacon. the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The facilities were not up to par, with a clogged shower causing flooding in the room. the language barrier was frustrating, as many staff members did not speak English.

The hotel is situated in a wonderfully quiet residential area with easy access to a nearby metro station. You can reach the city centre of Madrid in no time. The rooms are spacious and clean, with well-appointed writing desks for those travelling on business. The staff members are also very polite and helpful.

The Wi-Fi connection can be problematic, making it difficult to work with electronic documents in the evening.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transport. I really appreciated the comfortable bed and the fact that the room was well-maintained throughout my stay. Special mention to the breakfast, which was both delicious and included a lot of variety. I would recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at this place for a few nights and had a lovely experience. The staff were very helpful during our check-out, assisting us on several occasions. The hotel is located inside the city area, in a residential neighborhood with a great variety of restaurants and bars nearby. We were impressed by the level of cleanliness in the room, and the availability of in-room amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar.
